Ludodata does not collect personal data from visitors. There is no sign-up, no login, no form and no advertising.

Audience measurement

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to know, in aggregate, how many people visit, from which countries, and which pages are most read.

The resulting data is aggregate statistics from which no individual can be identified. This is why there is no consent banner on this site: there is nothing to consent to.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in audience measurement, under article 7, item IX, of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

This site does not use cookies.

Third-party content

Some articles may embed videos hosted on external platforms such as YouTube. Where this occurs, the originating platform may collect data under its own policies, over which Ludodata has no control. Such videos are identified in the text.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, acting as data processor. As with any internet service, network infrastructure processes the technical requests needed to deliver pages to your browser.

Contact by email

If you write to the contact address, the information in your message — including your email address — will be used solely to reply to you. It is not shared with third parties nor used for any other purpose.

Your rights

The LGPD grants data subjects the rights set out in its article 18, among them confirmation that processing exists, access to the data, correction, deletion and objection to processing.

As this site collects no data capable of identifying you, no personal information of yours is stored here. Questions on this subject may nonetheless be sent to the contact address below.
